My Review

Let’s Talk About Cats is a book about our relationship with our feline companions. Through a series of sixteen in-depth conversations with a variety of cat experts, the author shows the reader a variety of perspectives to help them find something new in the special relationships we share with our furry friends.

The author of Let’s Talk About Cats is an expert in feline behavior. She runs a successful cat-care company and received her honours degree from Middle Sex University. By combining these conversations with other cat professionals, she has created a unique resource for cat lovers that is highly informative as well as extremely entertaining.

I really enjoyed reading this book, and I plan on reading it again in the near future. I love my cat– his name is Zeus. He and I have been together for twenty years, and I joke that he is my precious grumpy old man; however, no matter how much love he and I share, I often fail to understand him. Like all cats, he is strange and mysterious. After reading this book, I have developed an even deeper appreciation of our relationship. I still may never fully understand my cat, but I now have a better grasp of how to show him just how much I love him.

If you have ever looked at your cat and wondered, “Why do they do that? What are they thinking?” then this book is for you!
